Integrations
We build workflows across the tools your team already uses. The exact integration approach is assessed during discovery; the categories below are examples, not a list of ready-made connectors.
Common systems
- ERP, CRM, EDI and trading-partner systems
- SaaS applications and business APIs
- Data warehouses, databases and ETL platforms
- GitHub, Jira and engineering systems
- Operational workflow and document systems
- Databases, internal APIs and cloud services
Access and permissions
Use dedicated service accounts and the minimum permissions needed for the agreed workflow. Keep credentials in the deployment environment’s secret store, never in prompts or source code.
Human control
Define which actions can happen automatically, which require approval, and which must be escalated. Agree an owner for exceptions before deployment.
Reliability
We assess API limits, retries, duplicate events, reconciliation, observability and failure recovery as part of the integration scope. Some systems may need a custom connector or an alternative approach.
