Project data processing
Custom automation can involve access to client systems and personal data. Processing arrangements are agreed for each engagement before that access is provided.
Define the processing
The project scope should identify the purpose of processing, data categories, relevant systems, permitted actions, duration and the parties’ responsibilities.
Agree the safeguards
Access controls, approved providers, human review, retention, deletion, incident handling and any transfer arrangements need to reflect the actual workflow and deployment environment.
Use an engagement-specific agreement
This page is an overview, not an executed data processing agreement. If your project requires a DPA, we will agree the appropriate document with you as part of contracting. Do not share production credentials or customer datasets through the website enquiry form.
