Do we have to replace our tools?

Usually the goal is to connect your existing tools. We assess supported APIs, permissions and data access before agreeing scope.

How long does a project take?

Most focused automations can reach a working implementation in 1–4 weeks. Complexity, access, security review and integration requirements affect the schedule. We agree the timeline in the proposal.

How is pricing determined?

We scope a project around outcomes, integrations and success criteria, then provide a fixed offer. We do not sell hourly staffing.

Can humans approve actions?

Yes. Approval steps, escalation paths and permission boundaries are designed into the workflow according to the risk and your operating requirements.

Is the calculator a savings guarantee?

No. It estimates gross time value from your inputs. It excludes implementation, software, oversight and change-management costs. Recovered capacity does not automatically become cash savings.
