Privacy
This page describes information handled through the Ariftly Labs agency website. Data handling for a client automation project is defined separately with that client.
Enquiries
When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, work email, website, workflow description, tools and team size. We use this information to respond, understand the potential engagement and prepare a proposal. Please do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive customer records in an enquiry.
Form and booking providers
When the enquiry form is enabled, submissions are delivered through FormSubmit to our contact mailbox. A configured booking link may take you to an external scheduling provider. Those providers also process information under their own privacy notices.
Website analytics
The website supports optional Google Analytics and PostHog measurement. Tracking is disabled unless configured by the operator. When enabled, page-visit information may be processed to understand website usage. PostHog session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled in this implementation.
Project data
A website enquiry does not grant access to your systems. Before a project begins, we agree the data sources, permissions, processing arrangements and responsibilities required for its scope.
Retention and requests
Contact us to ask about information held from your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Relevant contractual or recordkeeping obligations may affect how a request can be fulfilled.
