Privacy
This page describes information handled through the Ariftly Labs agency website. Data handling for a client automation project is defined separately with that client.
Enquiries
When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, work email, website, workflow description, tools and team size. We use this information to respond, understand the potential engagement and prepare a proposal. Please do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive customer records in an enquiry.
Form and booking providers
When the enquiry form is enabled, Resend delivers your request to our contact mailbox and sends a short acknowledgement with a booking link. You can also book directly through Calendly. These providers process the information needed to provide those services under their own privacy notices.
Website analytics
The website uses PostHog EU for anonymous page visits, discovery-booking clicks and successful request counts. Form contents, names and email addresses are not sent to PostHog. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled unless configured.
Project data
A website enquiry does not grant access to your systems. Before a project begins, we agree the data sources, permissions, processing arrangements and responsibilities required for its scope.
Retention and requests
Contact us to ask about information held from your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Relevant contractual or recordkeeping obligations may affect how a request can be fulfilled.
