THE IDEA BEHIND ARIFTLY

Good work shouldn’t
get lost in between.

Between your tools. Between your teams. Between a good idea and getting it done.

Ariftly stands for working without those gaps. We connect the tools, decisions and actions so your people can focus on what they do best.

Let’s build that connection

BEFORE WE BUILD

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A few things worth knowing
before the first conversation.

Is Ariftly Labs right for us?

Labs is for teams building complex physical systems, with valuable technical work spread across test data, engineering changes and operational tools. Hardware test analysis, release evidence, quality investigation, technical RFQs and field service are examples. A good starting point has accessible data, a workflow owner and an outcome we can measure.

What happens on the first call?

In 30 minutes, we discuss one workflow, the systems involved and where your team loses time. We explore whether automation is a sensible fit and what information a scoped proposal would need. You do not need a technical brief or access credentials for this conversation.

What do we actually receive?

Discovery leads to a defined workflow, success metric and scoped next step. That may be a prototype or pilot first. A production engagement can then cover integrations, approval rules, testing, deployment and operating documentation. Deliverables and exclusions are agreed before each phase.

How does pricing work?

We scope a project and provide a fixed proposal based on the workflow, integrations and operating requirements. Discovery identifies what needs to be understood before quoting. Model usage, hosting, third-party tools and ongoing support are clarified separately, so you can assess the full operating cost. There is no published starting price yet.

How long does a project take?

Discovery, a narrow pilot and a production build have different timelines. Integration complexity, data quality, access and security review affect each one. We agree milestones and dependencies after understanding the workflow rather than promising a timeline in advance.

Is Ariftly Agents already a product we can buy?

Ariftly Agents is in development. There is no self-serve offering today. If your team has a specific workflow to improve now, Ariftly Labs can discuss a scoped engagement.

How do you protect our data and keep people in control?

We agree which data the workflow can access, which providers it uses and which actions need approval. Sensitive actions and uncertain results can be routed to a person. Retention, access boundaries, logs and failure handling are scoped to your requirements; no blanket security or compliance guarantee replaces that review.

Who owns the system, and what happens after launch?

Ownership, source access, third-party licences and hosting responsibilities are agreed in the proposal. Handover includes the operating documentation defined in scope. We can discuss ongoing support or a further engagement; maintenance and new features should have an explicit scope rather than an assumed open-ended commitment.

Can you work alongside our engineers?

Yes. We can agree interfaces, access, review steps and deployment requirements with your engineers and system owners. The aim is a workflow your team can understand and operate, with human responsibility kept clear.
