From discovery to deployment
We map the system and establish a baseline with your team. Together we define the scope, integrations, review points and success metric. A staged implementation or pilot can reduce uncertainty before full production deployment. The timeline depends on the systems, data and access involved.
Production means more than a demo
We plan for human approvals, scoped permissions, failure handling, monitoring and ownership. The deployment approach and ongoing support are agreed as part of the project.
